                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO 
                   ENTER INTO AN EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE 
                   AGREEMENT WITH TRAK ENGINEERING, INC. FOR A 
                   PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO 
                   EXCEED FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY- 
                   NINE AND 50/100 DOLLARS ($4,999.50), 
                   RELATIVE TO THE TRAK AUTOMATED FUEL 
                   MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into an 
       Equipment Maintenance Agreement with TRAK Engineering, Inc. for a 
       period of six (6) months in an amount not to exceed $4,999.50, 
       relative to the Trak Automated Fuel Management System.
